How To Socialize with Confidence

Posted by admin on February 1, 2010

One of the most nerve-wracking situations for many people is attending social events, particularly those where you don’t know anyone else. If you’re like many people, you have visions of yourself standing alone, looking awkward, sweating, and sneaking out the side door early.

Socializing is difficult for many people. Why? For one, it’s a perfect opportunity for rejection. After all, if you say or do something stupid, it’s very easy for the other person to move on to someone else if they find your conversation dull.

Having Our Miralces

The Miracle

Miracles a word we all know so well. A lot of us think that only a holy person can perform miracles, which they can. I believe everyone can perform miracles for themselves. An example is birth. Creating a human form in a female body and giving it life is a miracle.

So, every living thing is a miracle. We all have miracle energy within ourselves because we are living. To tap into it and use our miracle energy for us or for others whatever the reason may be is quite simple. You just have to believe in the power of a wish. Miracle energy backed by the divine is like peanut butter and jelly sandwiches to a child. They go great together. Intent with a pure mind is strongest healing tool anyone can have to manifest a miracle.

How Watching Roger Federer Made Me Recommit To "kaizen"

Posted by admin on February 1, 2010

Now I don’t know about you but I’m a bit of a tennis fan. In fact I’d actually go so far as to call myself a bit of a tennis ‘nut’. And as I watch the 2010 Australian Open from the comfort on my lounge chair this week, I am in awe of the level of fitness, skills and focus which these athletes display.

And as I watched Roger Federer obliterate his opponent the other day – which if you didn’t already know, is the number 1 player in the world – his pursuit of excellence reminded me of a Japanese word called “Kaizen.”
